Now, we are looking for an ambitious Account Coordinator to join our rapidly growing team in our New York office.


You are: A crazy-organized, attention-detailed, strong writer looking to fearlessly support a PR team on day-to-day activities. You devour all things tech-related, are plugged into the world of media, and have a passion for cutting-edge and frontier technologies (5G, heck yeah!)

We are: A lean and mean PRing machine. In other words, were a tech savvy team doing PR for a blue-chip companies on the cutting edge of technology.


As an Account Coordinator on the Consumer Technology team, you will...

  • Curate press lists (no media blasting here!), lead client call agendas, and support the team with everything from client strategy decks to event staffing Pull together client-facing documents (press releases, fact sheets, , briefing documents) Flag relevant news and pertinent trends in the tech space


  • Has 1-2 years of PR agency experience (can be internships!) Has experience in media relations and an interest in PR for corporate clients, specifically Technology Outstanding project management skills, with the ability to prioritize workstreams and track progress across multiple teams Is an expert multitasker. Project briefs change, deadlines move. Its the nature of the business, and not only can you keep up with our fast-paced process, you thrive off of it. You have an ability to handle multiple projects at once, work quickly and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail Writes well. Your background in written communication includes extensive experience developing sharp, compelling online content. Team player. You have an ability to work with a team to meet group objectives A sense of humor! Is proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
