Assist with the planning, coordination and billing for special events from start to finishEnter and maintain important information in our event database, such as critical client listsProcess department finances including; vendor setup, purchasing card reallocations, and budget coding.Liaise with designers and vendors to create premiums and VIP giftsAssist with travel logistics and accommodations for participants at eventsActively contribute to the team’s development by researching and pitching new event conceptsSupport team during major international markets such as NATPE, MIPTV, MIPCOM and LA ScreeningsSupport Director of Marketing and Special Events with administrative tasks such as travel expenses, answering phones etc
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, events, communications or related field.
At least 2 years professional work experience.
Proficient at MS Office 365 including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook and embraces new workplace technology
Fluency in English required, other languages ideal.
