  • Assist with the planning, coordination and billing for special events from start to finish
  • Enter and maintain important information in our event database, such as critical client lists
  • Process department finances including; vendor setup, purchasing card reallocations, and budget coding.
  • Liaise with designers and vendors to create premiums and VIP gifts
  • Assist with travel logistics and accommodations for participants at events
  • Actively contribute to the team’s development by researching and pitching new event concepts
  • Support team during major international markets such as NATPE, MIPTV, MIPCOM and LA Screenings
  • Support Director of Marketing and Special Events with administrative tasks such as travel expenses, answering phones etc

  • Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, events, communications or related field.
  • At least 2 years professional work experience.
  • Proficient at MS Office 365 including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook and embraces new workplace technology
  • Fluency in English required, other languages ideal.
