Research Manager, Insights

The Customer Intelligence team is responsible for delivering best-in-class intelligence and insights. We do this by conducting deep and thorough proprietary research, as well as utilizing syndicated research data. The team acts as an expert to our advertising sales client partners, Integrated Marketing team, and advertising clients and we are working to support brands across the portfolio including The Wall Street Journal, Barron’s, MarketWatch and Mansion Global.
The Role: You will work with the Senior Director as well as Integrated Marketing, Product & Sales teams to deliver insights for higher value proposals by tapping into all available data sets & information including:
- Syndicated Research, Proprietary research, desktop research, Quantcast or 1P data.
- With Senior Director monitor proposals for white space/needed insights to deliver unique and meaningful client proposals
- Conceive of, program, field and analyze proprietary studies driven both by specific needs for RFP's as well as proactive studies for identified category needs.
- Manage TMT/B2B Research Analyst
- Based in either NYC, or SF offices
