Cox Automotive is currently hiring a Market Adoption Manager to join our team in Atlanta, Burlington, or Mission.
The Market Adoption Manager, reporting to the Engagement Director of OEM Partner Programs, will be responsible for market adoption of OEM Partner Programs as part of the Professional Services organization. This role has three primary components: 1) to support the enablement, adoption, and execution of marketing and sales (lead to order) across strategy, people, process, and technology for OEM Partner Programs, and to provide requirements,  2) Gather insights and recommendations for future lead to order solutions for OEM Partner Programs and Cox Automotive, and 3) Developing and maintain strong industry and Cox Automotive knowledge to help define new approaches to OEM’s through thought leadership and cross Business Unit collaboration. The role will engage with GES, EDP, Professional Services, and BU sales teams (Field Sales, Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, in addition to OEM Partner Program Solution Architect and Business Process Analyst.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: 
Manage, execute, and support lead to order for OEM Partner Programs Manage and execute lead, opportunity, contract, and order management processes for OEM Partner ProgramsCollaborate across Cox Automotive stakeholders to execute a cross-Cox Auto marketing and sales strategy for the specified OEM Partner Program(s)Serve as central point of contact for all BUs and enterprise-level resources for OEM Partner Program lead to order processSupport OEM Partner Program Directors and BU Sales Teams (Field and Operations) to ensure that cross-Cox Auto lead to order solution is being executed per process and is working as designedWork in unison with Implementation Team to ensure smooth hand off of orders to all BU’s. (Order to Cash Process)Manage and develop insights from the data and reporting for OEM Partner Program sales and associated commissionsAnalyze books of business – understand revenue and opportunity balance, geographic efficienciesPartner closely with the technology team to ensure sales strategies and use cases are provided for future tool developmentDrive the adoption of Cox Automotive tools, processes and reporting to ensure consistence of sales and marketing activitiesMaintain peer relationships across the business to facilitate effective knowledge sharing and avoid duplication of effort
Partner within Professional Services to provide operational requirements for OEM Partner Program(s) lead to order processes Partner with OEM Partner Program Solution Architect and Business Process Analyst to proactively improve existing solutionsInfluence the sales leaders and gain buy-in as needed to ensure that new processes are adopted and adhered toDefining requirements and improvement opportunities for the Lead to Order processImplement new lead to order processes for OEM Partner Programs, including leveraging other organizations and departments as needed and ensuring alignment to order to cash processes with the Implementation teamManage the technology solution(s) associated with the OEM Partner Program lead to order processes establishedEnsure quality in design and execution of work and deliverables
Develop knowledge and expertise in OEM Programs and Cox Automotive Products and Services Understand Cox Automotive suite of products and services Stay current on industry and OEM related knowledge and know how (specifically OEM Programs and changes)Assess current and future capabilities as the pertain to OEM Programs and Dealer usage and adoptionQualifications:REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

LOCATION:Position is required to be at a Cox Automotive Location: Atlanta, Burlington or Kansas City 
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIRED:
7+ years of total work experience, including experience in automotive, sales or related industries 7+ years of experience in a combination of project management, sales operations, or similar roles 5+ years in sales roles (preferred)2+ years experience with Salesforce.com Technology or professional services sector experience (preferred)BS/BA in related discipline OR equivalent combination of education and work related experience
