Job Description:





The Wall Street Journal is looking for a reporter to cover election security and related cybersecurity issues with an initial focus on the 2020 election. The beat reports into the National Security team in Washington and will include breaking news, analysis and in-depth features on topics ranging from the reliability of voting machines to the potential for foreign









interference in the election through social media. It will require close coordination with colleagues on other related beats, such as cybersecurity, intelligence and law enforcement. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to break news in this field as well as a keen knowledge of the security and political dynamics that define the issue.
