The Sr Manager Sales Analytics & Reporting is responsible for overseeing the sales analytics team in support of the USH Sales Department from a reporting and analysis standpoint, relating to the financial performance of the various sales channels. These sales channels include Travel Industry Sales, Regional Market Sales, Front Gate, and Special Events. Reporting to the SVP Sales, this individual is a critical member of the sales team in identifying and solving issues strategically to maximize sales efforts and drive revenue.

Responsibilities include:
  • Analytics and Reporting: Proactively drive reporting needs for Sales. (ad hoc / ongoing); Responsible for developing monthly and quarterly executive sales reviews; Analyze and provide insights into sales channel performance trends; Interact with sales channel owners to understand product and dynamics; Partner with finance team and channel owners to determine attendance trends; Management of Sales Incentive Plan (i.e. manage reporting throughout the year).
  • New Business Development: Assist SVP – Sales in determining and evaluating growth opportunities; Collaborate with Sales channel owners in determining new business opportunities and present pricing recommendations; Develop comprehensive business case on top-tier ideas.
  • Projects / Other: Leads call center reporting and analysis; Drives sales long-range planning strategy and documentation; Responsible for administering all facets of the sales database management platform; Responds to requests from management for data and analyses.
  • Manage, develop, and mentor Sales Analyst


  • • Bachelor’s degree
    • Minimum 7 years of Finance, analytical or business planning experience
    • Minimum 3 years of leadership experience

    • MBA strongly desired
    • Experience working with pricing and sales programs, as well as with Marketing and Sales leaders
    • Strong written, oral communication skills & PowerPoint skills
    • Demonstrated ability in developing and delivering executive level presentations
    • Flexibility and an ability to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
    • Analytically strong, quantitative skill and proficiency in Excel
    • Ability to work with others and collaborate across the organization to achieve goals
