Status: Freelance, 40 hrs/week
Estimated Duration: 9+ months - 1 year, then potential to hire
Starts: September 2019
Rate: up to $60/hr DOE

Job Description:
Our e-learning client needs a Lead Copywriter to join their brand marketing department in San Francisco!

As a Lead Copywriter on the Creative team you will:
-Mentor & manage 3 Copywriters
-Ensure that the output of the team is on brand and follows voice and tone guidelines
-Develop captivating copy for marketing across email, digital and print media
-Propose copy concepts and present to business leaders.

Channels of focus may include the following:
-Paid search
-Email marketing
-Onsite advertising
-Digital advertising (Facebook, Instagram, Google Display Networks)
-Video scripting
-Lifecycle marketing
-Organic social

To qualify for this Lead Copywriter position you will need to have:
+ 7 or more years of Copywriting experience across paid search, email marketing, social & digital advertising (Facebook, Instagram, Google Display Networks), and video scripting.
+ Experience working on strategic, high level copy guidelines and brand voice documents.
+ Experience managing a team of 2 or more copywriters

This role will be onsite in San Francisco for 40 hours per week on a long term basis. If it's the right match for yourself & management there's potential to go salaried in the future.
