The Vice President, Consumer Insights supporting the Direct-to-Consumer organization is a critical team member whose role is to assure that the consumer is placed at the heart of all business decisions. This individual will serve as a proactive strategic advisor to our Product, Content, Distribution and Marketing teams and will be responsible for translating business issues into appropriate research designs, execute both qualitative and quantitative research projects from start to finish and create and deliver relevant and compelling consumer insights to senior leadership.



10+ years experience in a consumer insights role
Proven track record of supporting a business in solving complex business problems
Strong skills across both qualitative and quantitative methods
Ease and enthusiasm for data and data manipulation
Deep experience managing projects with external research vendors
People management experience

Direct-to-consumer, digital, streaming and/or product development research background preferred
Curious, creative thinker and problem solver with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Passionate about TV, human behavior and building something new and different
Thorough understanding of media industry topics and trends
Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, data visualization/dashboard programs
