The Senior Instant Cash
Offer (ICO) Specialist will be a key figure in the initial account set up for
all new dealers. This role will provide webinar-based training to dealer
customers shortly after contract signing. These training sessions will be directed
towards dealership management and their eCommerce teams. The focus will be to
generate top-down buy in and establish eCommerce best practices to ensure long
term success with ICO, Price Advisor and other assigned products. Additionally,
this role is responsible for supporting all processes in conjunction with
integrating, implementing and executing our Best-In-Class Dealer Instant Cash
Offer eCommerce and digital needs setup in the field via a remote process.







  • Effectively implement ICO, Price Advisor and any other
    assigned products to new and existing clients through virtual delivery
  • Assist with dealer needs and offer creative solutions
    to help them reach their business and sales objectives
  • Work directly with all levels within the dealership
    with a focus on the General Manager, Used Car Manager, Internet Manager
    and ICO related associates
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of ICO & Price Advisor
    products, customers and reporting capabilities
  • Conduct pre-launch activities with new ICO dealers in
    alignment with the Best In Class Implementation Guide
  • Effectively support the implementation of digital ICO
    solutions, processes, tools and behaviors into an existing dealer location
    and/or group
  • Conduct post implementation webinar retraining for
    dealers and inside team members
  • Ensure all ICO product launches are effectively taken
    to market through the pre-launch and launch process with immediate results
    for the client
  • Work directly with the ICO Digital Services team to
    ensure the successful ICO integration onto our ICO dealer customer’s
  • Provide ICO assets to
    dealership E-commerce team to utilize in their CRM system for
    efficient and effective response to ICO consumers
  • Maintain knowledge of automotive trends and best
    practices to ensure training is relevant and provides maximum value to

  • Qualifications:
  • BS/BA in related discipline OR an equivalent
    combination of education and work-related experience
  • 5+ years of experience with internet automotive
    advertising and/or automotive retail required
  • Experience in a customer focused, account management,
    revenue driven environment required
  • Proven experience and ability to work in an
    independent, goal-oriented environment (self-management) required
  • Client-driven, able to interact successfully with all
    levels of leaders, partners and participants, internally and with clients
  • Demonstrated agility when responding to client needs in
    a fast-paced, constantly changing, deadline-driven environment
  • Proven experience and ability to build and maintain
    cross-departmental, multi-functional and collaborative relationships
  • Experience delivering virtual trainings and interactive
  • Strong written, verbal and phone communication skills
  • Proven experience and ability to analyze customer
    problems and trends to offer suggestions and recommendations for improvement
    and success required
  • Strong knowledge and experience with business software
    applications including MS Outlook Suite (Word, Power Point, Excel, Viso)
