Account Executives are the face of NextGuest Digital and provide high touch service to our hospitality clients with the goal of building long term relationships as trusted partners. Through thoughtful recommendations, actionable insights and results driven conversations, our Account Executives help our clients achieve their goals through their digital marketing initiatives. (Please note that this is not a sales position but it is an account handling/B2B Customer Service)

As an Account Executive for a portfolio of accounts, you are the day to day agency contact for your clients and have the responsibility to understand scope and context of all website technology and digital marketing initiatives your clients want to execute. You are accountable for managing expectations, orchestrating campaign execution and analyzing and reporting on results and performance.

Our Account Executives are expected to be fiscally responsible and look after account growth and profitability as it relates to staying within scope, upselling, and budget fulfillment. However, please note that this is NOT a SALES position.

The Account Executives at NextGuest Digital:

  • Build long term relationships and manage digital marketing programs for portfolio of accounts
  • Develop and manage digital marketing strategies to help your clients achieve their goals
  • Execute & maintain client initiatives, including SEO, SEM, Online Media, Email Marketing, Social Media, Multi-Channel Campaigns, Blog Management and Content Marketing
  • Prepare monthly performance reports along with actionable insights and recommendations on how to further optimize brand.com and present on monthly calls
  • Facilitate requests related to the website, CMS, digital marketing initiatives, and billing
  • Effectively set expectations for clients and manage them based on scope of program
  • Recommend new products and services to that aim to improve website performance and direct channel revenues
  • Collaborate with Marketing Team to ensure performance is optimal across all campaign initiatives
  • Monitor all relevant items in Client Health Checklist on a quarterly basis for portfolio and action items internally or with clients as needed
  • Create annual or ad hoc client budget proposals review monthly client invoices and ensure client’s account is in good standing
  • Conduct ad hoc CMS trainings for clients
  • Educate client contacts on industry and NextGuest Digital-related news, best practices and technology

Requirements:

  • Excellent and professional interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to create organization from chaos and clutter
  • Sense of ownership and accountability on contributing to your client’s and organization’s success
  • Understands the importance of being a team player and is easy to work with
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing tools & technology for hospitality
  • Knowledgeable in various project management systems, Adobe Analytics, Tableau, DART, Google Ads, and email marketing platforms
  • 3-5 years for Mid-level and 5-7 years for Senior level account management experience in digital marketing (hotel experience is a plus)
  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (Degree or experience in hospitality is a plus)
