We are looking for a self-motivated HRIS professional to manage our Dayforce system to meet all HRIS system related needs in a 900+ employee environment. In collaboration with the HRIS Specialist, ensure all operational needs are met including: following-up on current general open systems tickets; troubleshoot additional issues that arise; partner with Benefits and Payroll to ensure system configuration is accurate and work with HRIS Specialist to ensure system is fully operational for day-to-day data entry, reporting, etc.
Experience, skills, and qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years’ experience working with HR systems and data
Previous experience configuring HRIS systems for benefits open enrollment
Knowledge of Benefits practices and how HR Systems support this function
Strong Excel skills
Self-motivated and detail oriented; able to work autonomously and with the highest degree of confidentiality
Strong multi-tasking skills; functions well in a demanding environment
Effective communication and collaboration skills
Ability to prioritize well and meet deadlines
- Dayforce/Ceridian software preferred
Experience working within a global environment a plus
