This position reports to the Director of Domestic Network Distribution (DND) and supports the Hotel and Bulk Markets (HB) account team. Position will predominantly work with the processing team on the administration of property and distributor rebate programs while working closely with the entire HB team and other HBO internal groups on day to day business needs and ad hoc projects. Primary responsibilities will include assisting with the HB incentive programs and managing the needs of affiliates, hoteliers, satellite dealers and other clients on an ongoing basis.



  • Collaborate with hotel/bulk property contacts and distributors to verify active properties and review incentive submissions

  • Process, approve and track rebate/incentive payments

  • Reconcile a database of active and prospective hotel and bulk properties

  • Assist in managing multiple external Outlook mailboxes

  • Knowledge of the bulk and hospitality business, rebate programs and procedures in order to successfully manage affiliate and client requests

  • Build and maintain working relationships with distributor and hospitality contacts through clear verbal and written communication

  • Provide on-going analysis and reporting of subscriber data to HB team

  • Analyze & process monthly/quarterly incentives for certain distributors or hotel chains

  • Assist with the HB sales and marketing budget

  • Prepare team presentations as needed based on account analysis, trends, subscriber data, etc.

  • Proactively collaborate with the HB processing team and sales team to share information and resources.




  • College degree required

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience, preferably within a distribution/sales/finance department, or comparable setting

  • Ability to work well with individuals, clients, team members and other departments within HBO with respect, professionalism and integrity

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

  • Strong analytical, organizational and strategic capabilities

  • Self-starter with strong ability to prioritize, multi-task, problem-solve and meet deadlines

  • Strong Excel skills; Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Google Drive and CRM software

  • Flexible and adaptable to change

  • Budgeting knowledge a plus
