Rate: Up to $65,000/year

Job Description:
Our professional association client in Alexandria, VA is looking for a Producer with Podcast and Webcast experience to join their team full time. This will be a direct-hire position and will be ONSITE and 37.5 hours per week.

Duties of the Producer:
- Coordinate and produce live and recorded webcasts/podcast programs
- Create, post and update webcast descriptions, video and audio clips
-Compile questions to ask guest speakers during the Q&A sections
-Identify potential programs by monitoring trends and speaking with potential SME
-Serve as video and audio technical support for digital programs including diagnosing and troubleshooting web browser
-Coordinate social media campaigns by posting the program highlights to the client's social media accounts

Requirements of the Producer:
-2+ years' of experience with the webcast and/or multimedia production
-Experience in editorial programming and sound editing
-Proficiency with On24, WebEx, Adobe Connect, or similar software
-Experience with a digital workflow to include the compression and delivery of projects in a digital medium
-Web publishing skills utilizing Content Management program to include SharePoint or similar
-Experience using social media platforms such as: LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, etc
