Responsible to deliver high-impact
educational content through webinar-based training sessions to VinSolutions
customers to improve their understanding of the VinSolutions purchased products
and assist the customer in selecting the appropriate settings/configurations to
meet their needs. 



 



This individual will also be
responsible for keeping up with development of new VinSolutions products,
system enhancements, and support of input for training material. A successful
Launch Consultant will exhibit a passion for high level of customer
satisfaction.   



Key Responsibilities




Promote and deliver webinar-based, instruction and
operations of VinSolutions products, assisting in best configuration
selections for customer’s full utilization of purchased products
In-depth knowledge of all VinSolutions suite of
products; including product settings pros and cons and system
functionality and settings cause and effect relationships
Effectively present VinSolutions suite of products in a
clear manner, demonstrating functionality of the system and answering
dealership questions through-out product build
In-depth knowledge of current automotive trends and
best practices to ensure educational content is relevant and provides
maximum value to the dealership

Construct and communicate weekly status reports for the
overall project status to the dealer stakeholders, which includes;
obtaining verifications assigned to the Launch Consultant, as well as
other team members participating in the product delivery
Prepare and deliver the “Final Summary” to the training
team and all parties involved post launch

This is to include an overall summary of the
installation experience, insight into the dealer operations and an
explanation of the settings chosen

Engage and participate in the exchange of “best
practices” with the Implementation Department
Work with new implementation members as required in
mentoring actives


Qualifications:
Required Education & Specialized
Knowledge



BS/BA in related discipline OR an equivalent
combination of education and work related
3+ years of successful customer service experience (required)Retail automotive industry experience preferred but not required
Outstanding presentation skills required
Highly motivated self-starter capable of working in a
team environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated skills and experience presenting
educational information to both large and small audience in an engaging
and interactive fashion
Ability to effectively articulate and communicate in a
way that retains engagement
Exceptional listening skills and the ability to problem
solve
Demonstrated ability to work in a team-oriented,
collaborative environment
Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize
effectively to ensure successful completion of each product launch
Patience with customer of all skill levels
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
applications
Personal qualities include possessing high energy,
enthusiasm, determination, and being highly driven





 



Preferred skills



Dealership sales or front end retail
automotive industry experience preferred

Experience working with CRM programs
preferred

Experience with SalesForce CRM a
plus

Experience with WebEx applications a
plus
