This position is responsible for all aspects of recruitment and sales of RapidScale services to prospective and existing customers.  Responsibilities include executive on a proactive sales methodology to optimize revenue opportunities and growth within the regional market / territory.  This assignment is a quota bearing sales position with complete responsibility for achieving 100% of annual targets. Must have experience selling cloud based solutions.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Essential Duties include but are not limited to:
• Provides quality internal and external customer service surrounding the Company values.• Direct responsibility for the identification, contact, qualification and development of viable new accounts.• Manage the prospecting plan development and execution for new accounts at a very high level.• Manage the communication and internal coordination of RapidScale sales support.• Pipeline & Funnel Management with accurate and timely forecastingManage the on-going need to understand inter-related technologies that exist and keep current on new options as the business technologies expand and change• Responsible for the development, execution, and delivery of quality solution focused client presentations at a C level.• Manage the communication and internal coordination of RapidScale sales support infrastructure: sales support, account management, operations, and executive team to insure customer satisfaction.

EDUCATIONAL & SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:• A college degree or equivalent work experience • Excellent communication, presentation, writing and editorial abilities.• Excellent organizational and time management skills.• Proven track record of Top Performing sales success• Strong Closing skillsNEEDED ATTRIBUTES:• Proven track record of Top Performing sales success• Technical knowledge of IT, Cloud (DaaS, IaaS, DRaaS, O365), WAN connectivity• Proficiency in the sales cycle with the ability to sell and close opportunities• Proficiency in computer usage, internet and Microsoft Office suite of applications
