PMC: Programmatic Specialist

PMC is looking for a Programmatic Specialist with a strong analytical background to oversee Yield optimizations for PMC’s portfolio of sites. They will be tasked with optimizing current Supply side platform partners as well as finding new opportunities for growth.

The ideal candidate should be extremely comfortable with excel and navigating large data files to optimize revenue yield. They should also be comfortable being a problem-solver tackling any problems our teams may face. Daily responsibilities will require continually optimizing the ad stack, price floor strategies, and SSP partner management. This role will be based in our Los Angeles office.

Responsibilities

  • Work directly with SSP partners to identify and executive optimization opportunities
  • Understand the ins and outs of the programmatic RTB environment. Be the expert on the team
  • Continually test and optimize flooring strategies for our inventory
  • Manage all ad operations work for the programmatic team within GAM
  • Collaborate with the Programmatic Sales team to execute their deals from start to finish
  • Work with the product and engineering team to find new opportunities for improvement in our ad products.
  • Assist with month end P&L and ad hoc reporting requests for the programmatic team.
  • Analyze from large data sets and present to management with opportunities and list of action items.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in Digital media. Experience in programmatic a plus
  • Basic understanding on the programmatic ecosystem SSP, DSP, GAM, DMP, etc
  • Highly experience analytical tools – Excel, Looker
  • Excellent communication skills. Must be comfortable with a client facing role and account management.
  • Basic knowledge of ad operations
  • Ability to identify issues and opportunities and coming up with strong plans of actions.
  • Must be comfortable working on multiple projects concurrently.
