Cox Automotive is hiring a Digital Marketing Manager.  The Digital Marketing Manager manages and coordinates client facing digital marketing campaigns for Autotrader and Kelley Blue Book, including social, website and some email responsibilities. This includes coordination, deployment, management
and optimization of B2B campaigns on digital channels.
 

Overall responsibilities:

  • Executes the business plans and contributes to
    the strategy, development, and optimization of Autotrader and Kelley Blue Book B2B
    marketing efforts, with an emphasis on websites and social media channels
  • Collaborates with brand and product managers to
    build and execute overall value propositions, client-focused online journeys
    and brand experiences
  • Day to day responsibility for organic/paid social
    channels/ads, SEM, website performance and client engagement to identify and
    implement social/website optimizations
  • Create and refine omni-channel journeys that
    incorporate email, social, paid and website channels
  • Develops B2B online content and engagement
    strategies targeted to dealers, OEMs, ad agencies and data syndication partners
    to meet sales and marketing goals and objectives
  • Coordinates with the Omni-Channel team to deploy
    email sends
  • Provides on-going performance reporting to key
    stakeholders on organic/paid social, SEM, and B2B websites while identifying areas to optimize campaigns and/or webpages to ensure all business objectives/KPIs are met
  • Identifies digital technology needs and works
    with internal and external teams to integrate into platforms and processes
  • Coordination/cooperation with external agencies
    and internal Creative Studios teams
  • Manages and maintains digital tracking
    methodology through UTM coding

 Social responsibilities:

  • Manages B2B social and social listening campaigns
    for Autotrader and Kelley Blue Book using LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and their respective platforms as well as other social channels, including industry forums and blogs
  • Monitors digital channels and user-generated
    content for bad reviews, negative comments and other inappropriate social activity; escalates notable comment to key stakeholders and executes response plans via social channels
  • Partner with a brand ambassador to advocate for
    the company in social media spaces, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate
  • Monitor effective benchmarks for measuring the impact of social media campaigns. Analyze, review, and report on effectiveness
    of campaigns to maximize results
  • Deploys in-depth knowledge and understanding of
    social media platforms, their respective participants (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn) and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios to maximize results.
  • Manages invoicing and reconciliation for B2B social
    media.

 

 Website responsibilities:

  • Business owner for interpreting marketing and
    company needs into development requirements for web development agency
  • Manages B2B website campaigns and content
    B2B.Autotrader.com, B2B.KBB.com and all related client facing microsites
  • Monitor and evaluate search results and search
    performance across the major search channels in order to improve rankings
  • Perform keyword research in coordination with
    client business objectives to optimize existing content and uncover new opportunities
  • Participate in SEO analysis and recommendations
    in coordination with elements and structure of websites and web pages
  • Optimize website performance and content using WordPress
    and Yoast
  • Develop and optimize Google Adwords campaigns
    for both brand and product driven campaigns

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business,
    Communications or other related field preferred or equivalent combination of
    education work experience may be considered
  • Generally five years of experience in B2B digital
    marketing
  • Demonstrated ability to map out and manage a
    comprehensive marketing plan
  • Ability to drive digital strategies that are
    proven by testing and metrics.
  • Demonstrate creativity and documented immersion
    in social media
  • Understanding of Social marketing concepts,
    metrics, platforms and best practices
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, Wordpress and
    broad website concepts
  • Experience in using the following
    tools/platforms: Photoshop, Facebook, Twitter, and Linkedin native apps,
    Sprinklr, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Wordpress, Moz (SEO), Yoast,
    Vidyard, Hotjar
  • Expertise in marketing automation platforms/tools,
    specifically Salesforce marketing Cloud or equivalent platforms
  • Experience in email creative development and
    testing
  • Previous auto industry experience a plus
