Freelance Food Photographer

The Spruce Eats (https://www.thespruceeats.com/) is looking for photographers who can prepare, style and photograph our recipes from start to finish while adhering to our brand guidelines. A recipe typically calls for around 10-15 shots. We will ask you to photograph each step of the recipe, including the ingredients and the finished product. We will provide a photos style guide before getting started. This project requires for you to prepare the recipes at home and establish budget is for all shots needed for a recipe + ingredients (ingredients will not be reimbursed separately).

3) Provide a URL to your food photography portfolio

 

 

Qualifications:
Experience in food photography at a blog, magazine, or media outlet is highly preferred. Professionals, including food stylists, food stylist assistants, food photographers, recipe developers, chefs, bakers, cake decorators, food bloggers, and the like are preferred, but savvy home cooks who dabble in photography are also welcome.
