The Senior Program Development Manager - RapidScale develops and leads go-to-market programs for the Cloud Solutions (RapidScale) business category under the Cox Business New Business Ventures portfolio. This individual will own creation, coordination, delivery and ongoing reporting of all sales-facing tools and programs. The Senior Program Development Manager - RapidScale partners with the sales enablement, sales operations and marketing resources of RapidScale to design and execute sales and marketing programs that enable the Senior Cloud Solution Specialists across the Cox Business markets to drive activity among the market-level sales teams and deliver their market’s targets for new Cloud Solutions sales. Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions ● Creates, launches and oversees all Cloud Solution sales programs within Cox Business markets.● Manages delivery and ongoing reporting of all sales rep and manager field facing tools and programs. Examples include, but not limited to: Playbooks, GTM programs, vertical marketing guides and other sales support tools.● Assists in Cloud Solution Engineer opportunity routing in set up, coordination and tracking.● Works across all business lines and boundary partners in coordinating timely deliveries● Supports New Business Ventures in tactical programs creation that align to channel LRP and assists in their successful execution.● Responsible for planning and scheduling program goals, milestones and deliverables.● Defines resources required for successful program implementation.● Foresees, identifies and solves program issues effectively and efficiently.● Reports the progress as well as the problems to management stakeholders.● Accountable for all aspects of life cycle development and support as they related to program concept, implementation and support.● Perform day to day interaction with program sponsors, cross functional teams & others on relative initiatives.● Works within budgeted guidelines and successful programs assisting in exceeding revenue targets.● Responsible for efficient implementation and continued oversight of all sales programs.● Analyze, maintain and revise existing practices and processes to drive operational efficiencies.● Provide program management capabilities as needed to ensure delivery of products.● Develops program coordination schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports; tracks key project milestones.● Provide management support for roll out planning as well as back-office support for product-specific initiatives● Coordinates issue escalation and evaluates the impact of risks from multiple perspectives, assigns tasks that are necessary to reduce or eliminate those considerations, determines tentative implementation dates, and tracks results of the implementation.

Qualifications:

● BA, BBA or BS required or equivalent experience 

● 3 or more years of experience
required in related fields in program, project or product creation and delivery



● Requires strong knowledge of
PowerPoint, Word, Excel and other software programs relative to sales programs
creation



● Excellent interpersonal,
leadership, presentation, collaboration and time management skills to work
effectively with teams throughout organization



● Strong written & verbal
communication skills



● Exceptional organization and
multi-tasking skills



 

Preferred

● Past experience within sales or
sales facing programs creation



● Cloud or managed services
experience is a plus
