General Summary:

Health Solutions is the B2B/B2B2C division of WW, focused on propelling happier, healthier, more productive workplace communitiesThe Senior Marketing Manager role will develop the marketing strategy and communications platforms to drive WW enrollments with employer clients and health plans (B2B2C) and will partner with the Account Management team to drive revenue through new launches and current business. This role is a critical member of the marketing team, facilitating strong working relationships with key stakeholders and leading the implementation of cross-channel marketing plans across a variety of client types, to help grow the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide and manage strategy and tactical execution of marketing plans for reaching consumers/employees in the workplace – focus not only on delivering the tried-and-true activities but also lead experimentation with new ideas
  • Work collaboratively with clients and internal partners to ensure successful delivery of launches
  • Serve as the brand guardian within Health Solutions, to ensure that creative executions are consistent with brand guidelines but simultaneously meet client expectations
  • Lead agency and designers to develop campaigns and assets
  • Develop marketing tests and analytics/measurement plans; Build KPIs/success metrics and manage results to inform recommendations and decision making
  • Identify process efficiencies and ensure deadlines are met, delivering on-time and in-full
  • Lead creative brainstorming sessions with internal partners, to identify new ways of meeting client needs
  • Oversee the day-to-day relationships with key business partners (B2B Account Management, B2C Brand, Field Ops, Technology, Product Development, Finance, Operations, and PR)
  • Help drive market research, promotions, PR and product development
  • Manage annual marketing budget with Finance, including forecasting and reconciling at key timepoints
  • Manage vendor/partner relationships
  • Stay informed about sales prospects, informing internal partners to ensure visibility and an understanding of potential volume and operational impact

Experience Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree years and a minimum of 10 years’ experience in marketing and/or advertising
  • A mix of B2B and B2C marketing experience required
  • Background in health and wellness marketing preferred
  • Strong set of broad consumer marketing skills encompassing different marketing levers, such as DM, advertising, promotions, and email marketing
  • Ability to set digital and email marketing campaigns and drive marketing analyses
  • Experience with marketing technology platforms and CRM systems
  • Ability to help design research plans and extrapolate target insights
  • Demonstrated leadership skills including collaboration, creativity and driving results
  • Financial acumen and accountability
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • A collaborative approach to all work; Must be able to partner with large teams to develop and execute brand strategies
  • Proactive, with ability to manage multiple complex projects concurrently; Be able to flourish in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Strong experience in marketing data analytics and analytical skills in order to develop marketing initiatives that have measurable results
