Rolling Stone Sales & Marketing Intern – Spring 2020 Semester

Rolling Stone is seeking a current college student or recent graduate to fill the Sales & Marketing Intern position for the Spring 2020 semester. This position will assist the overall sales team with pre-sale brand partnership proposals, ideation of content and experiential programs and outgoing sales materials. By supporting the sales organization’s day-to-day operations, the Sales & Marketing Intern will develop real-world skills and gain hands-on experience while applying real-world application of marketing concepts. The ideal candidate identifies as a self-starter who has a strong passion for the digital marketing landscape in the world of music, entertainment, and politics.

Daily Responsibilities

  • Assist the marketing team and work closely with the Marketing Manager
  • Assist with special projects as needed
  • Participate in creative brainstorms, team meetings and outings
  • Conduct competitive research and analysis
  • Update and maintain extensive image library and influencer logs
  • Opportunity to help other departments as needed (experiential, video, editorial)

  • Experience with Keynote and Microsoft Office Suite with ability to learn other programs as needed
