Manage and maintain internal title management system tracking digital release schedules across all platforms, ensuring consistency and integrity of data Maintain digital content related product & carriage trackers, programming schedules, offer lists, and other data grids including both manual and system-generated reports to assist with ongoing licensing/servicing functions Reconcile & QC all technical and operational data values available for licensing & servicing contentSupport Ad-hoc title specific product plans Track & communicate summary of carriage, merchandising/marketing for key titlesAssist in tracking competitive programming informationSupport the on-boarding of new content packagesAssist in on-going day to day work management as necessary and assigned

UPHE’s Digital Distribution group is responsible for managing the studio’s Film and TV digital business (Electronic Sell-Through and Video-On-Demand). The primary role of the associate will be to support day-to-day content initiatives across Film & TV. This position will coordinate title release schedules, manage the flow of product information to the overall team, ensure that proper timelines are met and standard process workflows are satisfied in order to facilitate the merchandising of content with retailers and the licensing/servicing of UPHE’s domestic digital content through the supporting ops teams.
Bachelor’s degree required
Detail oriented with the ability to document work process including proper escalation & communication procedures
Experience working with content/digital asset management systems to research titles, rights, and related digital assets including digital distribution metadata and artwork
1- 2 years of prior entertainment and/or Digital Distribution experience preferred
