As a Digital Client Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day client relationships to help drive renewal and incremental spend for the NBCU CODE team which includes the following Partnerships: Apple News, NBCU YouTube, Snapchat and Vox Concert. The Digital Client Manager will oversee the campaign from pitch-to-pay, focusing heavily on creating strategic media plans and recommending campaign optimizations based on clients’ KPI’s.
You will be a member of a highly motivated and collaborative planning team at NBCUniversal where client relationship-building and satisfaction are keys to a successful candidate.
Create strategic media plans that meet clients main KPI’s and maximizes revenue for the NBCU CODE team.
Work with internal departments such as, Product, Inventory, Marketing, and Planning Management, etc. on the creation of successful media plans.
Work closely with Planning Management to drive media plan efficiencies.
Collaborate with Sales team to understand clients’ goals and objectives in order to deliver on specific campaign objectives.
Responsible for obtaining legal signature of Insertion Orders and booking campaign in internal system, Operative. Responsible for providing clients campaign recommendations to achieve renewal and incremental business.
Lead the monitoring of campaign performance and proactively lead communication to internal Sales team. Deliver wrap up reports summarizing key findings and evaluate future possibilities.
• Four year degree (B.A.,B.S) from an accredited college or university
• Previous experience in digital media planning

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
• Familiarity in Adobe Photoshop a plus
