The Marketing Coordinator will support the NBCU Lifestyle Creative Partnerships/Integrated Marketing team. This team creates, pitches and activates the marketing partnerships for the networks of Bravo, E!, Oxygen and Universal Kids, collaborating with internal stakeholders across the Ad Sales business.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • This position reports into a Marketing Director
  • Manage daily responsibilities outlined by the Marketing Director
  • Complete, track, and manage weekly excel and summary documents as well as promotional forms
  • Maintain an organized, up-to-date client creative archive and coordinate the aggregation of assets
  • Create sponsorship sizzle reels with Pro-cut to recap client campaigns amongst the Lifestyle networks
  • Design and revise presentations per the team’s direction
  • Oversee administrative responsibilities, which includes drafting call summaries, booking conference rooms, handling expenses, and booking national travel


  • Qualifications:

    • College Degree, preferably with a discipline in one of the following: Marketing, Digital Advertising, Integrated Marketing Communications, Communications, Advertising
    • 1+ years professional experience

    • Strong organizational skills – ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • Excellent writing skills including presentation development
    • Positive and team-oriented attitude
    • Strong interpersonal skills - with internal and external clients
    • Understanding of presentation development format, design
    • Knowledge of media, the sales process and media in general
    • Thorough knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc. and presentation proficiencies
    • Experience with the creative development process with key stakeholders (sales, marketing, editorial)
