Over its fifty-year history, the firm has established an international reputation as a leading design firm with wide experience in residential, commercial, and institutional work. As the firm’s practice has diversified, its geographical scope has widened to include projects in Europe, Asia, South America, and throughout the United States.  

The Business Development Coordinator will support the Director of Business Development with research initiatives and maintain the firm's CRM database. The Business Development Coordinator will also provide support as needed to Partners and design teams as related to presentation material for various events and conferences.

The Business Development Coordinator’s responsibilities include:
• Assist with data entry and maintenance of client development information in the firm’s CRM
• Participate in market/industry research in support of the firm’s key markets
• Support administrative activities related to Business Development and Marketing
• Assist with research related to team formation and RFQ/RFP preparation
• Maintain the firm’s list of conferences/events, and support teams in preparation
o In preparation of presentation materials, both internal and external
o in preparation of business development plans and tools to implement these plans
• Collaborate with colleagues in External Communications department as needed 

Experience & Qualifications:
• Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Business Development or related field
• 3 years’ experience in a marketing role
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
• Graphic design skills a plus
• Proficiency with MS Excel a plus
• Experience working with a CRM a plus
