The National Digital Account Manager will work within the National Digital Sales team at NBC Owned Television Stations and Telemundo Station Group supporting all Account Executives and other key players at our stations and National Sales Offices to develop custom digital sales opportunities for advertisers, as well as, coordinate the execution of the successful fulfillment of digital campaigns and all associated revenue.
Responsibilities:Aid sales force in the overall RFP and pricing and planning process, including analyzing available inventory with the ultimate goal to provide sellable digital media proposals to agencies and direct advertisersCreate template media plans for both custom and off the shelf marketing ideasUse Wide Orbit Traffic to book, bill, and invoice all National digital campaignsWork in Operative One to book and manage digital campaign productsManage live campaigns by monitoring pacing and deliveryDevelop strategic reallocation and optimizations for live campaignsCoordinate with AEs on development of renewal strategies based on client/program insightsWork with the traffic/operations team to schedule, traffic and implement advertising programsPull screenshots, provide campaign pacing and reporting updates to Sales Account Executives on all active campaignsDeliver superior customer service by making performance recommendations and optimizationsMonitor first and/or third party impression metrics to ensure full deliveryBook and manage contracts in Wide Orbit, our finance invoicing systemActualize billing each month and work with finance to adjust billing and provide clients with accurate invoicing
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in digital sales support, preferably within operations org
- 4 year college degree
- Familiarity with ad serving systems (FreeWheel, DFP)
- Understanding of digital billing and invoicing
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills with ability to work independently and collaboratively
