SHE Media: Client Services Manager

We are hiring a Client Services Manager to assist in this mission who will be responsible for the overall success of all accounts once they’ve been sold, including campaign implementation, performance, reporting, retention and growth. This key position will be the liaison between the sales and production teams and will ensure successful and timely delivery of sold advertising campaigns.  In this high-visibility role, the CSM will work directly with clients and with internal departments managing large initiatives.

General Responsibilities and Job Functions:

  • Participate in conference calls with agencies, account executives and clients to go over details of each sold campaign by understanding scope of project
  • Manage the campaign launch process from start to finish, inclusive of client kick off call, strategy recommendation, asset collection, optimization and delivery of performance reporting
  • Create and enforce project schedules with input from team as needed, ensuring deadlines and launch dates are met
  • Review campaign performance data, optimize, and resolve issues
  • Identify well performing campaigns and facilitate case studies and group learnings
  • Will work with internal teams including Design, Edit, Influencer Marketing, & AdOps to help identify, communicate, and train on new processes and product launches

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably marketing or business related
  • 1-3 years of experience working in account management, online advertising or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Be able to balance program requirements, milestones, and keep the projects on schedule
