Reporting to the SVP, Agency Partnerships, the Coordinator, Special Projects will help support the Agency Partnerships team by creating, tracking, and managing materials, proposals and presentations for our leading clients across the NBCUniversal portfolio. The Agency Partnerships team serves as the central point of contact between NBCU Sales, and the major agency holding companies. The Coordinator will support the team as it collaborates with the Client Partnerships, Sales, Research, Data, and Marketing teams to create new ways of working with our agency partners to grow revenue for our portfolio of advertising products and services. The Coordinator will also provide administrative support to executives on both the Agency Partnerships and Entertainment Sales teams.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Work with SVP, Agency Partnerships and team to create, develop and manage materials, proposals and presentations
  • Support the creation of internal and external presentations and assist in the development of reports
  • Coordinate and collaborate, as needed, with clients, sales, marketing, production, technology development, creative, editorial, legal, and product teams to support the clients’ businesses
  • Help to manage the approval and fulfillment process for sponsorships to ensure quality control and timely executions
  • Create and manage agency/partnerships tracking documents for internal distribution/communication
  • Maintaining and updating contacts lists
  • Handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Administrative responsibilities include: budget management, providing professional phone coverage at all times (as well as backup coverage for other EAs as needed); coordination of travel arrangements; coordination and scheduling of meetings; processing and track expense reimbursements
  • Assist with additional projects and other duties as required

  • Qualifications

    • BA/BS or equivalent experience
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience (including internships) at an agency, media company, sales organization or similar organization

    • Strong organizational skills – ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills - with internal and external clients
    • Ability to develop strong relationships with management and editorial teams
    • Excellent writing skills including presentation development
    • Understanding of the creative development process
    • Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Excel) and presentation proficiencies
    • Possess strong interpersonal skills with ability to communicate effectively with all levels within the organization
    • Proven ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, deadline-driven media environment
