Our client, in the healthcare industry, is looking to bring on a Marketing Attribution Analyst to their team full-time.

You'll be working closely with the marketing team to implement best practices reporting for Marketing ROI to reflect all lead sources, touches, lead activity and influencing factors like channel partners from top of marketing funnel to closed.

Your day to day will include:
- Assess current Salesforce and HubSpot data structures and workflows, recommend and implement optimizations to ensure data cleanliness and reporting accuracy.
- Maintain HubSpot data, workflows and synching to Salesforce per best practices on a weekly basis.
- Recommend and create reports set to best illustrate marketing activity effectiveness
- Develop reports and dashboards to display lead conversion and velocity from marketing tunnel
- Recommend and implement Marketing Reporting best practices to track and display key marketing KPIs

What you need:
- 3+ years of marketing analytics experience
- Experience with MS Office
- Strong experience in Salesforce (design, reporting and analysis), Hubspot and Google Analytics (certifications are a PLUS)
- Written and oral communication skills
- B2B marketing experience
- Driven by daily, weekly, and monthly goals
