SHE Media: Senior Manager, Integrated Marketing

With a mission of women inspiring women, SHE Media is revolutionizing the publishing industry.  We are adding a Senior Manager to our Integrated Marketing team who will develop, manage and produce innovative integrated marketing strategies in support of revenue goals both proactive and in response to RFPs.

We are seeking a strong writer who can develop compelling, executable marketing initiatives and materials, including sales presentations and all associated collateral.  This is a great opportunity for someone from digital publishing, an advertising agency, media sales/marketing, or client side marketing.

The Senior Manager will:

  • Interface with Advertising Sales, Editorial, Video Production, Planning, Influencer/Programs, and other divisions of the company to produce timely, creative and highly impactful materials
  • Responsible for RFP or proactive PPT proposal development from ideation and budgeting to completion
  • Create new brand materials and big idea opportunities including: seasonal packages, editorial sponsorships, general presentations, #BlogHer event materials and more
  • When needed, work with select PMC sister properties to create strategic, cross-brand opportunities for clients
  • Develop custom activations at annual #BlogHer events and help on-site during multi-day conferences; Develop custom event concepts for advertisers
  • Utilize ComScore and Google Analytics to pull relevant data and tell a strong and strategic insights-driven story customized as needed per advertiser
  • Coach junior team member(s) to help grow their skill set; reviewing materials, providing feedback and guidance
  • Maintain Integrated Marketing Tool Kit and keep all sales facing materials up-to-date
  • Accompany sales team members on high-level calls with clients and agency partners
  • Monitor and report on creative ideas, new marketing trends, technologies and program innovations across the market as a whole, including alternative selling channels, and platforms

The Fine Print:

  • College grad with 5+ years of digital media and marketing experience along with a deep understanding of the digital advertising environment
  • Proven ability to develop creative and unique opportunities to meet advertiser objectives
  • Thorough understanding of digital advertising products and marketplace
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast paced sales environment
  • Demonstrated strong communication skills (written and oral) with strong presentation skills and the ability to create compelling and creative PPT materials
