We are looking for a Freelance Coordinator of Sports Brand Partnerships to join the team in Los Angeles! As the Freelance Coordinator, you are responsible for supporting the LA Sports Brand Partnerships Branded Content team in the day to day functions in developing and executing strategic partnerships that drive revenue to FOX Sports. As an integral part of the team, you work in conjunction with team and sports leads, sales, creative and strategy teams in the ideation and execution process for sponsor-related content across all FOX Sports properties. 

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Day to day support for Branded Content team and SBP sport leads around branded content campaigns
  • Organize and execute production elements for each campaign including creation of production timelines, talent coordination and communication with internal and external partners to ensure accurate and timely execution of campaigns
  • Maintain trackers for all campaigns to ensure Senior Management, legal, budgets and appropriate approvals are met before production
  • Work across sales teams, research, graphics, and production teams to obtain assets and create workflows across departments
  • Participate and lead team brainstorms both proactively and reactively on custom branded content opportunities based upon specific client objectives
  • Develop best-in-class sales presentations, materials, and collateral
  • Establish regular communication with Sales planners and assistants
  • Maintain a keen understanding of the marketplace in order to continually inform product innovation and compile into a monthly competitive report and disseminate to internal departments
  • Support the development of client recaps and sizzles with sport leads

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • At least 1-2 years’ media and marketing experience
  • A self-starter attitude paired with an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Strong visual/aesthetic point of view with proficiency in Microsoft Suite - including Office, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships within FOX Corporation across Sales, Marketing, PR, Production, Digital, and external vendors in order to have full knowledge of potential sales opportunities and ensure positive outcomes for FOX Corporation partnerships.
  • A passion for sports
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to convert information into a relevant story and visual presentation
  • Strong organizational skills, while being able to multi-task and work effectively in a high-pressure sales environment
  • Production background preferred
  • Ability to travel domestically
