Rate: Up to $33/Hour DOE and Up to $65k annually

Job Description:
Our client in Baltimore, Maryland is looking for a Proposal Manager with Proposal Writing experience to join their team on a contract basis with the potential to convert to a full-time role.

RFP/Proposal Manager Responsibilities
- Participate in all aspects of proposals/presentations including overall strategy, messaging, content development, production and delivery
-Develop, coordinate and organize marketing materials including presentations, reports, photography, project summaries and staff resumes
-Create, update and maintain firm and project information to create marketing materials such as resumes, collateral, and project sheets
-Type up cover page and format graphics as needed
-Conduct RFP/bid board searches and analyze results.

Proposal Manager Requirements:
-Must have 3-5 years of specific experience
-Must have proposal writing experience and samples of proposal writing
-Excellent writing skills
-Creative Suite, PhotoShop, InDesign for re-formatting purposes and minor design needs
-Must have the availability to work 40 hours/week M-F, onsite in Baltimore Maryland.

*Working knowledge of architecture or experience working in the Architectural industry is strongly preferred but not required*
