**This is a remote position.  The ideal candidate will reside within 1 hour of any U.S. Int'l Airport and requires 100% travel on a weekly basis. The Implementation Specialist is responsible for traveling to client sites to implement the Dealertrack Dealer Management Software (DT DMS) and successfully train clients on utilizing the software in order to complete their daily and monthly processes. In this role, the Implementation Specialist will also be expected to provide training and support to clients remotely via phone and web meetings, as well as work on other projects, to help drive client satisfaction.  

Responsibilities:

  • Train dealership users on DT DMS software within a one-on-one and/or classroom environment to ensure system utilization and high client satisfaction [68%]
  • Work with Project Managers and Clients to determine and implement client process requirements by customizing application settings [3%]
  • Guide client on validating data converted from prior DMS to ensure data integrity [2%]
  • Attend training sessions, both in person and remotely, to improve and/or maintain skill sets [3%]
  • Full time (4-5 weeks per month), extended travel by air and/or car to deliver DTDMS implementations at client sites [17%]
  • Work with internal team members via cases, phone, email and IM to escalate system issues [2%]
  • Provide training and support to clients remotely via phone and web meeting, as well as work on other projects as assigned [5%]
  • Mentor team members to improve the departments overall success and client satisfaction
  • Identify opportunities and provide feedback to the leadership team

Qualifications:Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent GED required, Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 1+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Automotive dealership knowledge and experience preferred
  • Accounting/bookkeeping knowledge preferred
  • Ability to travel to client sites on a weekly basis - 100% field based travel
  • Working knowledge of MS Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license required
  • Ability to work under pressure and against deadlines
  • Possess good communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Possess good analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to follow outlined processes and demonstrate good judgment
  • Ability to work well independently and with a team
