- Associate Project Manager

**Please note this position is not remote and is located in Mission, KS**

for project implementation meetings, calls with clients and maintaining
software implementation timeline.  Serve
as the primary point of contact for the client and internal stakeholders.  Manage project timelines, dependencies and
integration points.  Distribute timely
project status reports and ensure timely escalation of issues or potential
high-impacting risks.  Coordinate client
data entry projects and schedule clients team training on how to effectively
use software.  Work with sales,
development and client teams to provide dynamic customer solutions and
implementation strategies. 


Manage Implementation and training timelines
Working with dealers to get data and information in a
timely and efficient manner
Construct and communicate weekly status reports for the
overall project status to the dealer stakeholders; managers, performance
managers and training department.
Manage risks and issues
Managing and ensuring customer expectations are met
through the implementation and training cycle
Act as a liaison between other departments
(example:  communicating with Sales
regarding missed products, communicating to Performance Managers on the
overall feeling of the Dealership, and handling the Final Training Recaps
to the Trainers arriving on-site)

Qualifications:Required Qualifications:

3 + years experience in a customer facing, client centric position with proven track record of managing projects and consistently meeting deadlines.  Prefer project manager background or experience
leading software implementation projects, but not required.
Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize
Strong knowledge of good customer service practices and
project management
Customer oriented and service minded.
Capable of understanding and overcoming different
cultural and language obstacles to provide solutions that satisfy
corporate, regional and local objectives
Time management and troubleshooting skills
Ability to communicate both written and orally, to all
levels of management and across different cultural backgrounds
Ability to identify problems and initiate corrective
actions and preventative actions


Required Education:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of
education and work experience
