Travel Advantage Network is seeking an experienced, innovative Marketing Manager to join our management team!
The TAN Marketing Manager is an audience-focused, creative and results-driven strategic partner who possesses the ability to develop and implement initiatives to engage our existing members while driving brand image and revenue. This engaging, hands-on role drives campaigns from strategy to roll out, using marketing expertise in the areas of design, copy, analytics, and reporting.
- Develop and manage the execution of marketing strategies to promote Travel Advantage Network's program, driving member engagement through segmenting
- Provide oversight and direction to Travel Advantage Network's media business efforts to include e-commerce, web, and social media
- Create content and provide marketing and communications support
- Ensure that websites are measured by revenue, bookings, Google Analytics and HotJar for ways to improve the UX
- Heighten multi-brand visibility and consistency at the local and national level
- Schedule and manage yearly advertising calendar, marketing campaigns and helps with yield management
- Experience with subscription-based, member-focused marketing
- Understanding of google analytics
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or English required
- 5+ years management experience in a multi-company/brand environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite; Photoshop, MailChimp, BirdEye, WordPress, etc.
- Experience with web chat platforms preferred
- Previous hospitality, tourism or related experience preferred
