Overall Acquisition & Engagement Team Support Attend, document and provide comprehensive communication and follow up on the agreed upon key actions and decisions from meetings, to ensure all teams deliver on the agreed upon tasks.Maintain and monitor acquisition, engagement and retention project plans, schedules, budgets and expenditures.Ensure project deadlines are met for acquisition, retention and member engagement initiatives and programs. Ensure projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.Promotions Coordination Assist in managing the D2C promotional calendar with Digital Performance and Marketing teams to achieve necessary D2C membership goalsAssist in managing UTM tags creation, tracking and reporting, consistently verifying/auditing that all brands are using appropriatelyAssist in the tracking and reporting out of specific one-off campaigns in Google Analytics for partners (i.e., GC on special articles or pages on GP)Assist in building out one-off landing pages and checkout pages for partner promotions, campaigns or partnership/affiliate projectsAssist in daily, weekly and monthly reporting on acquisition metrics as necessaryEngagement & Communications Coordination Assist in managing the D2C engagement calendar with the Digital Performance and Marketing teams to achieve necessary D2C membership goals Assist in the management & follow up on the scheduling of membership emails, notifications, etc. with the Marketing and Digital Performance teamsAssist in providing initial proofing and then subsequent routing for feedback and approval of member communicationsAssist in daily, weekly and monthly reporting on engagement and retention metrics as necessary
Direct-to-Consumer is a key priority for GOLF with fast moving and aggressive growth goals. This role must operate with a startup and entrepreneurial mentality, a quick learner, that works in a deep partnership with stakeholders across the business. The Coordinator, Direct-to-Consumer Products & Services will be responsible for the day-to-day support of our acquisition, engagement and retention efforts across our various D2C products & services. The successful candidate will have a strong bias for action, be performance driven, detail-oriented with great analytical and project management skills. Given the number of teams involved in our D2C efforts, it will also be very important to be operationally strong – building and managing a large number of relationships across many teams. Job Duties
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or relevant field.
• 1+ years of experience in marketing, project management or an e-commerce role.
• Project management skills and best practices.

• Experience working within the e-commerce and the golf industry is highly desired.
• Able to juggle multiple tasks and still meet deadlines and expectations, with a proven track record of successfully delivering multiple projects simultaneously, building appropriate processes and tools along the way to improve efficiency and effectiveness
• Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, environment where you must take on multiple responsibilities and do what it takes to get things done – finding a way to yes!
• Strong relationship building/partnering skills and the ability to work with varying levels of individual contributors and management.
