The Manager, Digital Video will join the Digital Video & Programming team, responsible for managing video content publishing via the Telemundo’s multiplatform video (web, mobile, apps and VOD) network. The position oversees the programming of video content around Telemundo’s Digital Linear programming. The Manager will keep a detailed programming calendar for all seasonal events targeted to the USH audience, pitch content ideas, and take initiative in proposing new programming and promotional strategies for video. Along with platform planning, the Manager will coordinate asset management and analyze metrics & content trends to inform editorial decisions. Additionally, the Manager will work directly with Marketing, Distribution, Tech Ops and Programming for multiplatform video content creation and promotion.
Oversee daily updates to Telemundo’s Digital Video Original Programming NetworkAnalyze metrics and develop expertise in content performanceDevelop and execute programming strategies to maximize engagement and user experienceCreate, maintain, and distribute a weekly programming schedule and long-range calendarCoordinate with various internal teams to create & gather content assetsReview all content to make sure updates are timely and accurateWork with on air and multiplatform programming teams to create promotion schedules that are strategically in syncContribute new content ideas to brainstorm meetingsCreate editorial plans for Digital video programmingWork with VP of video on the development of editorial products that can proposed in the marketplaceWork with Marketing, Content & Programming team members to create consistent site updatesWork with digital technical operations and product management with site developmentWork with Public Relations team on promotional efforts

• 5+ years working with a focus on Digital video programming and distribution
• Direct experience managing digital content and editorial teams
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office programs & knowledgeable about CMS systems
• Excellent Spanish and English writing skills required
• Experience producing content for the Internet required
• Experience working with a web-based CMS required
