Archer Malmo is looking for a Digital Assistant Media Planner / Jr. Digital Marketing Analyst  to join our Media team in our Austin office. If you have the chops to follow the digital crumbs, sleuth out what happened and make key recommendations for improvements, then Archer Malmo wants you.

What you’ll be doing: Working with other Assistant Media Planners and Analysts to plan, buy, execute, and report on campaign performance and analytics, including but not limited to:

  • Gaining hands on experience across multiple media channels like paid search, paid social, display and video
  • Working with vendor partners to plan and execute campaigns to achieve client and campaign goals
  • Monitoring ad campaigns to ensure they are running smoothly and KPIs are being met
  • Assisting in the creation of internal reports and analyses
  • Staying current with client and industry benchmarks in a constantly changing environment

Requirements:

  • Advertising / Marketing major with an emphasis in Media
  • Experience running paid search, social media campaigns and/or display ads such as: Google AdWords, Bing Ads and/or Google Analytics certification(s)
  • Hands-on experience with Facebook Advertising
  • Experience with third-party ad serving software
  • An agency background with digital experience or digital internship experience
  • A genuine affinity and passion for data work
  • Superior knowledge of Microsoft Excel and how to use pivot tables
  • Interest in media / advertising industry trends
  • Proactive, go-getter personality

Bonus points

  • Knowledge of media software
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word
  • Proficiency with web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics
