Consumer Marketing Magazine Circulation - Maternity Coverage
Seeking experienced Magazine Subscription Consumer Marketing Team member for busy Circulation department.
Knowledge of print and online direct marketing campaign logistics and execution required. Experience with CDS Fulfillment an advantage.
- Implement scheduled print and email campaigns and tests.
- Liaise with external vendors: creative teams, print procurement, lettershop services (CDS), premium production and fulfillment (CDS).
- Communicate creative changes, order package components, confirm quantities, prepare purchase orders, proof approvals, confirm inventory. Approve expenses.
- Confirm campaign list selections, print programs, panel splits, assign and upload response key files, request postage approve live files, confirm maildates etc.
- Implement landing pages for Online Acquisition and Donor Retention campaigns and Eblasts.
- Coordinate build of landing pages and email creative with CDS Engage platform, set keys and urls, liaise with designer & external SEO vendor
- Provide and validate instructions for Eblast selections and deployment. Deploy selected eblasts.
- Review and approve weekly Invoice selection schedules, request postage, update print programs as needed across all sources
- Coordinate and reconcile with Finance, Premium vendor & Fulfilment vendor on premium orders, deliveries and usage
- Confirm selections and fulfillment of bi-weekly premium selections between CDS and Premium vendor
- Update and distribute weekly & monthly campaign response and expense reports.
- Customer Service - Liaise with fulfillment bureau to handle escalated inquires at the home office
