The WNBC Sales department is looking for a Customer Service Representative


Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with Account Managers to provide customer service to all NBC clients.
  • Receive, enter and maintain all commercial orders.
  • Verify all incoming orders for acceptable rates, ratings, and programming to minimize last minute changes
  • Accurately enter large volumes of agency sales orders (new/revisions/makegoods) into the Wide Orbit system manually or through electronic DATE/E-PORT order systems.
  • Act as a liaison between Account Manager and Agency to meet all buyer requests including stewarding and reconciling advertisers' schedules, providing clients with any information on scheduling or programming changes, providing air times, helping with billing problems and maintaining up-to-date files.
  • Partner with traffic department to solve any open scheduling issues including copy and media resolution, order validation and dispute resolution


  • QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

    •Experience with Word, PowerPoint and Excel
    •Minimum 2 years agency rep or stations CSR experience
    •In depth technical knowledge of Wide Orbit, DARE, E-port systems preferred or at a minimum 2 years experience working with Sales Traffic software systems.
