WALR-FM Part Time On-Air Talent
Experience on-air talent who is very familiar with R&B music. Candidate must be mature, communicates one-on-one with listeners, family and community oriented, have excellent people skills, understand radio is a business and can easily follow directions.
Responsible for prepping and executing a compelling PPM friendly on-air shift at the direction of the Program Director.
Available for on-air fill-in work for holidays, middays, pm drive, evening and weekends.
Assist in production, promotions and programming.
Responsible for updating and providing information for social media and website.
Qualifications:3-5 years on air experience in Urban/Urban AC, etc. is preferred.Experienced in operating audio editing software, knowledge of broadcast console operation, Wide Orbit operating system, FCC rules and regulations.Must be detail oriented.
