• Excellent oral and written communication skills required
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in managing timing of production schedules
• Minimum 1 year experience in the Film/Television industry
• Proven past experience and knowledge of Set Lighting and Grip equipment
• Working knowledge of Inventory tracking system; RTPro
• Ability to develop strong relationships

The Warehouse Worker is responsible for the daily operations in working with NBCU’s feature-films and episodic TV productions. The Warehouse Worker will build custom rental orders in Department operating system RTPro for Set Lighting and Grip Departments. In addition to creating orders, the Warehouse Worker is also responsible in maintaining and up keeping with the rental equipment and the day-to-day demands from productions and production crews. Responsible for maintaining rental equipment to insure inventory is performing in the best possible condition to keep up with productions demands. The role also maintains close relationships with representatives of the productions to analyze and make decisions relating to the production. The position reports to the Warehouse Supervisor and two non-management personnel.
