Position Summary:
Responsible for managing production of the creative process to ensure efficient workflow driving key milestones within the project life cycle. Includes vendor and budget management, preparing and maintaining milestone schedule, managing project budgets, executive & legal approvals. They are also responsible for managing and maintaining the day-to-day relationship with internal business stakeholders, serving as liaison to assure consistent and effective communication.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Manage creative workflow and efficiencies for design team from job start through final delivery.
  • Ability to understand and articulate creative vision supporting the business goals.
  • Manage day to day hot sheet with all creative projects and priorities within their design pod to assure projects are on track.
  • Facilitate meetings with key stakeholders and executives to present creative strategy & design aligning to the business brief.
  • Provide timely communication to business partners outlining next steps, timelines, etc to ensure alignment.
  • Facilitate creative changes based upon stakeholder notes and concerns.
  • Problem-solve issues that arise with timelines, budget, feedback, shift in direction and unplanned projects
  • Maintaining optimal balance for designers and managing external resource allocation based on budgets.
  • Manage creative assets and archiving of all projects and artwork.
  • Ensure final delivery of all projects meets deadlines and budget.
  • Partner with asset management & production team to ensure they are aware of deadlines and priorities.
  • Sophisticated budget management including forecasting and up-to-date actual rollups


  • Basic Qualifications
    •Prior Project Management experience required.
    •Experience in Advertising/Creative Services Production and/or Post Production required.
    •Experience with server structures and archiving is required.
    •Strong knowledge/understanding of technical aspects of Print and AV production required

    Skills:
    •Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    •Experience using file delivery services is required.
    •Excel skill level 2 is a minimum requirement. Higher levels a plus.
    •Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator and QuickTime Pro a plus.
    •Experience working with Project Management software is a plus.
    •Experience working with Creative Artists a plus.
    •Prior experience working with “C” level Executives.
