The Peacock marketing team is looking to build a best-in-class team for its new streaming platform. Reporting to the VP Social and Content Marketing and part of the Brand Marketing group, the You Tube Manager will play a huge role in launching and growing our You Tube presence.
Program Peacock YT channels on a daily basis, including all the content metadataManage the YT content calendar Manage any agency that may be contributing to content creation or channel strategy.Represent the Peacock YT team in all cross functional brand and launch meetingsRepresent the Peacock YT team in all sales meetings helping to ideate the right creative that will work for advertisers and our channel.Leverage the larger NBCU YT portfolio analytics and best practices to grow audience and train the algorithm.Keep larger team up to date on YT best practices
• 5+ years experience working on social or video
• 3+ years experience managing You Tube channels for a major brand or publisher
• Deep knowledge of our content a plus
• Exhibit careful attention to detail.
• Multi-task in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines – exhibits calm under pressure
• Have strong EQ and analytic skills.
