Position Summary: The Account Coordinator (AC) at ShermansTravel will provide support to the Account Management Team and collaborate with the Sales and Marketing Teams. The AC will assist Account Managers with key responsibilities and tasks for ShermansTravel’s roster of 300+ advertisers.
Accountabilities:
- Assemble advertising mockups, from copywriting to photo editing, for manager and client approval
- Pull campaign wrap-up reports for account managers and sales
- Test, proofread, and QA client deals and emails, ensuring everything is accurate and functioning properly prior to publication
- Provide syndication partners with hand-picked deals that suit the interests of the publisher’s audience and helps ShermansTravel meet monthly budget goals
- Monitor monthly budgets of live accounts
- Update deal records with back-end pricing, tagging, and publication dates
- Curate destination and interest pages on ShermansTravel.com with new deals and seasonally relevant content
- Research savings and pricing of weekly Top Deals placements
- Assist with editorial and social media efforts as needed
- Help identify potential new sales leads by monitoring competitor newsletters and websites
Overall Responsibilities:
- Assist Account Management and Sales Teams on all client action items, from pre-campaign-launch to post-campaign wrap ups, and everything in between
- Be the eyes and ears of ShermansTravel.com, making sure all onsite elements are as fresh and up-to-date as possible
- Become an in-house travel deals expert through researching the online travel deals landscape and attending industry events and conferences
