The Multiplatform Strategist Manager is responsible for the development and implementation of multimedia communication plans for Telemundo and Universo, across all owned and operated platforms.

  • Work with cross-departmental stakeholders to create promotional campaigns for the networks in order to boost show awareness, generate a desire to view and increase channel viewership
  • Support Multiplatform Media Planning Director in establishing benchmarks/KPIs to meet campaign objectives for each property
  • Recommend multiplatform channel strategies unique to client needs: Entertainment, Cable Network, Sports, News & Daily Shows
  • Knowledge and use of audience data to maximize audience targeting and conversion
  • Implement planning parameters for primary and secondary elements for new, returning, sustaining and evergreen brand campaigns
  • Monitor and track campaign performance, from inception to post delivery
  • Lead communications with Schedulers & Coordinator to act upon strategic shifts
  • Ensure delivery of complete and accurate logs
  • Back up scheduling functions when needed due to work demand
  • Monitor opitimization process on TIVO and/or proprietary tools

    • Knowledge of systems: Sintec On-Air & Grip-it! Or TIVO (preferred), other
    • Experience with promotional scheduling software
    • Experience with multiplatform audience metrics
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Media Planning and/or Operations
