Retention Marketing Coordinator

A very well-known retail client is seeking a Retention Marketing Coordinator to assist their team.
In this Retention Marketing Coordinator role you will be responsible for:
-Owning the loyalty program member benefits set-up, working closely with the Pricing and Promotions team to ensure benefits are configured properly on the back-end, and providing Product Management teams with benefits details for execution on the client's website
-Brief internal creative team on design and copy needs to support individual member benefits delivery across various channels including email, site, and mobile app
-Oversee benefits asset production and own delivery of assets to Product Management teams and external messaging providers for implementation
-Collaborate with QA to test benefits delivery and creative execution across all channels prior to launch
-Support the analysis of benefits performance on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis, sharing actionable insights both internally and externally
-Set and manage project stakeholder expectations appropriately and ensure that these expectations are consistently met or exceeded
-Monitor industry trends and best practices
To be considered for this Retention Marketing Coordinator role you must have:
-1-2 years of Digital Marketing experience
-Experience with HTML preferred
-Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or other related field
This is an onsite freelance position in San Francisco, 40hrs/week, and a minimum of 2 months, with a very strong potential to extend.
