We are seeking a passionate and talented person responsible for the driving the launch and success of our products in to the market. This role works closely with senior stakeholders across marketing, product and sales teams, providing high quality timely analysis and informed recommendations. The role requires outstanding customer facing interpersonal skills, analytical and advisory skills, commercial thinking, ability to plan, manage and deliver projects independently, excellent communication/influencing skills and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

As the Go To Market Lead your key roles and responsibilities will include:

 

 

 

 

* Work with customers and key internal stakeholders to articulate the product proposition on a customer segment by segment level (includes content, solutions and print, back end fulfilment requirements and customer service)

 

 

 

 

* Lead Co-ordination across all streams from a market planning perspective

 

 

 

 

* Understand the competitive landscape and identify competitive advantage where applicable

 

 

 

 

* Market research and customer engagement to help articulate the product proposition on a segment by segment basis.

 

 

 

 

* Identify customer and business imperatives, identify best practice examples, map out current state and future state, formulate and validate business propositions (including requirements) to create a detailed strategy, roadmap and activities for approval and implementation.

 

 

 

 

* Market messaging, meetings with key strategic firms, development of a pool of customers to help with ongoing validation of concepts

 

 

 

 

* Ongoing monitoring of success metrics

 

 

 

 

* Creates measures and controls to monitor customer experience and key risks

 

 

 

 

Basic Qualifications:

 

 

* Requires undergraduate degree or equivalent educational achievement

 

* Requires a minimum of 5 or more years of related technical and professional experience

 

* Strategy/ product commercialization experience of 5 years plus / experience in a customer facing role a plus
