Manager, Digital Marketing

The National Association of Home Builders is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager who will assist in the development, implementation and evaluation of digital marketing strategies and tactics for NAHB’s event, products and services. The manager will develop and execute individual marketing plans for specific products and will manage relationships with internal stakeholders and outside vendors, including support for customer service issues.
Qualified candidates will have superior customer service, communication and problem-solving skills. The ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic team environment is essential. Candidates should also have solid presentation, writing and interpersonal skills. Proficient at creating web content using a CMS, and experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Cloud are required.
Top candidates will be able to clearly articulate creative marketing ideas across a range of formats and platforms, including print, video, social media, Web, etc. They will also be able to deliver clear reporting for executed campaigns.
A minimum of four years of digital marketing and marketing writing experience in an agency, association, non-profit or other service-related industry is required. Experience in social media marketing, content marketing, web-based reporting tools, including but not limited to Google Analytics, AdWords and SEMrush, is a plus. Experience working with design/development teams and member volunteers and knowledge of the building industry is also a plus. A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field, or an equivalent combination of training and experience, is required.
